Positioned practically within nature, Vadistanbul offers a unique pleasure with its living spaces on both banks of a natural creek passing through it.
VADISTANBUL is being constructed on a land owned by Evyap in Ayazaga, Maslak, in an area surrounded by the Belgrade Forest.
VADISTANBUL has been designed by Iki Design, Turkey’s award-winning architects office, and SOM Architecture, a US architecture firm with world-famous projects bearing its signature and positioned practically within nature, Vadistanbul gains a further unique quality with the Sadabad Stream that travels through the project from end to end, carrying clean Bosphorus water.
Developed on a total land of 424,000 m2, VADISTANBUL is composed of 3 different phases. The project includes 3000 housing units, shopping malls of 55,000 m2, as well as stores and restaurants of 29,000 m2 on a 760 m long boulevard, office space of 180,000 m2, and a 5-star hotel with a total space of 33,000 m2. Furthermore, Turkey’s first private underground railway will run through VADISTANBUL.
Expected to become Istanbul’s most valuable and profitable location within 3 years, VADISTANBUL will be a living center that can also offer easy access to any direction, both via road connections to the TEM motorway, underground train and the new Bosphorus bridge being under construction.
