You only need to download Kuveyt Türk’s Mobile Branch application into your mobile phone or tablet to perform banking transactions free of charge. You can use Mobile Branch for a number of transactions including money transfer, bill payment, precious metal, foreign exchange and securities transaction.

How can I download the Mobile Branch App?
You can download by texting MOBIL to 2848 and clicking on the link sent by the reply SMS.
If you wish, you can download it through Kuveyt Türk Internet Website or our Internet Branch as well.

How can I use Mobile Branch once I have downloaded to my mobile phone?
You must verify once-off through SMS sent to your mobile phone after you have installed the Mobile Branch to your phone. Next time, you can login using that PIN assigned by you while first login.
How can I assign my Login Password?
The password you will use for login is the same as you use for login to Internet Branch. If you have no internet branch password, you can call our Call Center at 444 0 123 or obtain from our branch office. Corporate customers must obtain their passwords only from our branch offices.
What is Username?
The username is the name assigned to the representatives of the corporate customers.
I forgot my Password, What should I do?
If you forgot your password, you must create a new password by calling our Call Center at 444 0 123 or contacting our branch offices.
I forgot my PIN Code, What should I do?
You can create a new PIN code by clicking “Reactivate” menu.

You can make many of your banking transactions on the Mobile Branch including listing accounts, displaying account details, money transfer or EFT, foreign exchange and precious metal buying and selling, GSM minutes purchasing, securities buying and selling, bill payment and more. Should I pay any fee to the GSM operator for using the Mobile Branch?
Data connection while using the Mobile Branch is charged according to your existing tariff with your GSM operator.
What are the permissions obtained for loading the App?
Certain permissions are required for the Mobil Branch, Send Gold and certain functions in other applications for the devices using iOS, Android and Windows operating system.
Permissions required from your mobile device and the functions requiring such permissions are as follows:
Persons: We use this permission for accessing to your telephone contacts lists in the GSM TL payment menu.
Location: We use this permission in order to find the nearest branch offices and ATMs and to obtain navigation aid in the nearest Kuveyt Türk section.
SMS: We use this permission to obtain SMS verification codes sent to you by Kuveyt Türk in activation process. (Android)
Phone: We use this permission to call in-app phone numbers of the nearest branch offices or call center.
Photos / Media and Other Files: We use this permission to save and read out the transactions you prefer such as in-app security approvals, guide approval and favorite shares.
Wireless Telecommunication Data: We use this permission to alert you when you lose or disconnect your internet connection.
Device ID and Call Data: We use this permission to see on which devices the app is being used.
Other: The permissions in this section are used to ensure that the app runs continuously, view the network connections and prevent the device from shifting to sleep mode, place the shortcut for the app, read the Google service structuring and full authorization and vibration control while using the internet.
